IDON SRLS: MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT 2023 Modern slavery and human trafficking are heinous crimes that involve the exploitation of vulnerable individuals and undermine the fundamental human rights of those affected. IDON SRLS is committed to conducting our operations in a manner that is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and we will not tolerate any form of such illegal activity associated with our business. The purpose of this statement is to make our position on slavery and human trafficking clear. Slavery as well as human trafficking in any form is strongly rejected in all areas of our business. We’re strongly committed to the welfare of our stakeholders and as such we have put control measures in place to ensure the wellbeing of those with interests in and connections to IDON SRLS. Our health and safety policy covers in detail what we do to keep all of our stakeholders safe and well, through our statements on modern slavery we wish to raise awareness of these issues, provide the framework for and an insight into our approach to supporting our industry, as well as others in driving out slavery and human trafficking. Control Measures As a company and as individuals we respect the human rights of all and have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. We aim to combat breaches of human rights in these areas by: Increasing awareness within our organisation and supply chain about the existence and insidious nature of modern slavery and human trafficking in order to disrupt and effectively dismantle their covert operations. Implementing thorough and reliable procedures for the selection and hiring of all new employees. Adhering to ethical and legal guidelines in all internal operations and processes. Collaboratively engaging with and holding members of our supply chain accountable to combat and eliminate modern slavery and human trafficking. Taking swift and decisive action in response to any reports or suspicions of modern slavery or human trafficking. Imposing sanctions on members of our supply chain as deemed necessary by the company in response to noncompliance. Assessing and addressing the potential risks of modern slavery in the workplace, taking all reasonable steps to eliminate or minimise identified risks. Regularly reviewing and updating our policies and procedures related to health, safety, and modern slavery to ensure their effectiveness and relevance. Whistleblowing We strongly urge all individuals and groups who are affected by our operations or who work closely with us, including stakeholders and partner suppliers, to speak up if they become aware of any potential violations of laws or regulations while carrying out their responsibilities. This includes reporting any suspicions or concerns related to the threat of modern slavery and human trafficking. We urge all stakeholders and partners to be vigilant and to bring any suspected violations to our attention without delay. We have dedicated reporting processes in place to ensure that any concerns or suspicions are handled appropriately and with the utmost confidentiality. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking, so you are better able to recognize and report any suspected instances of this abuse. As a company, we’re dedicated to creating a safe and fair working environment for all, and we rely on the support and cooperation of all our stakeholders to achieve this goal.
