First off thank you to the customer service team, we purchased this puzzle for my son it arrived in time for his Birthday which is New Year's Eve. Upon completion there was one piece missing, we looked all over and couldn't find it. Contacted the company and Victoria walked us through the process with a couple questions. She asked we look again for the piece, reminding us to check the bag and box the puzzle comes in, and requested a picture of the puzzle in its completed form with the piece missing. She asked for a day to go over it with her team and 24 hrs later she messaged stating a replacement had been sent. A few days later and the puzzle arrived. The puzzles are great, durable and challenging. The company is a class act. My son has his eyes in another one already and we will definitely order from them again!

The product is great. The kids who received it were really surprised and happy to show it off. Delivery was bad as it arrived exactly one month after the shared delivery date which caused a little embarrassment but the product made up for that. I would order a similar product for sure. The quality of the puzzle was solid as well.

Detroit Pistons™ - Wooden Puzzle

I appreciate the "action figure" pieces; they add a level of difficulty (mostly because there isn't a picture you're piecing together, just colors) which is welcomed. However, the cutting of those pieces isn't done very well. Many of the smaller portions (hands and feet especially) broke off, leaving a number of small holes in the final completed puzzle. Still a fun activity.
