Customer photo review of San Francisco Giants™ - Wooden Puzzle

We purchased the small which is a great size. We plan on hanging it to display. It looks like it would be easy to put together but it is a challenge but a lot of fun as well if you like puzzles.

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas. He is a huge baseball fan. He loves this puzzle & is framing it to put on his wall!

Only issue I had was that it was extremely late in coming. I wish there was more communication as to the status of the order. I feel as though I was the one contacting Iconic on several occasions. Doesn’t seem like good customer service. Puzzle in of it’s self is great though. And what’s funny, is that you sent an email similar to this one and I hadn’t even received the puzzle yet.

Shipping took two weeks. Got there on time for Christmas but still wonder why it took so long - you might want to check into your shipping

Gave it as a gift to my son who is a huge Giants fan! He especially like the fact it has a way to mount it. Well crafted look of quality.

San Francisco Giants™ - Wooden Puzzle

The puzzle itself is great! However we were told we would receive notification when it was shipped, and another notification when it was delivered. We received neither. When ordering the puzzle it said it would take about 7 days and when it had been over 2 weeks and we hadn't heard anything, I emailed the company and they told me it had been delivered and sent a picture of the package on the doorstep. That was very nice but wish I would have received the 2 email notifications so I wasn't wondering.

The delivery is a major problem both with time and tracking, which seemed to be days behind. Ordered on December 4 for Christmas and it was delivered around the 28th. It seemed to take far too long to get through customs and delivered from Los Angeles to Reno. It appears to have sat in LA for a considerable amount of time.
