I’ll start by saying it’s looked really good once complete. However this was by far the hardest most infuriating puzzle to put together I’ve ever touched. Just beware this is definitely not a simple task to get done.

This puzzle was a gift and it was very well received. I ordered it a couple of weeks before Christmas and wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time. Tracking the package was vague and I had to reach out several times to customer service to see where the package was.

The recipient of the puzzle loved it. However, they didn’t know who it was from, because there was no gift message with the puzzle. You don’t have a space on your site for that, so I emailed the company and asked them to include a message. They assured me that it would be included, but it wasn’t. That was the only thing that was disappointing with the order.

The product is fantastic. But I was very frustrated by the delay between payment and delivery. Ordered at the beginning of September, and delivered in mid November. I was offered a 20% discount which I have not seen. All communication seemd to be non-human cookie cutter responses with no clear timeline, just claims of stocking issues. I have all but one of your Phillies puzzles. I am VERY satisfied with the products. But when issues arrise regarding backorders, a more personal correspondance MUST occur.
