I bought the puzzle as a gift. Unfortunately, the recipient has the same exact puzzle already. I wanted to do an exchange and I was told that place to return it to is in Italy. While I do agree that it will be more money to return it, Iconic should try and accommodate their customers. I wasn't asking for a freebie - i just want to exchange it. They want to give me a 20% refund that equates to $7.00. Not really fair. But I guess, it is what it is. I don't know if I'll be buying again.
