Enjoyed the puzzle with the different shapes. Wasn’t notified when it was shipped. I reached out to customer service who did send me report the puzzle left overseas and was in Ohio. No communication after that when puzzle was going to arrive. Pay pal notified me the puzzle was going to arrive( they must have been able to track it) but I had already received the puzzle a couple of hours b4. Overall I liked the puzzle but Iconic needs to communicate to customers better

I ordered the Red Sox for a family member. My family bought this one for me and I love it! Love the different baseball action shaped pieces incorporated into the puzzle. Also really like the durability of the thick pieces. It was fun yet challenging enough to put together. It came in a very nice wooden box and includes a display stand too.

Got this as a gift for a friend, and she loved it. It's not very difficult but looks great. I will say it arrived a little late, but the seller was very responsive to me about it. It was shipped from overseas so keep that in mind while ordering.

Delivery took a tremendously long time and the puzzle was late for Christmas. This despite the order page telling me it would arrive in time. As I tracked the package it spent days and days in NJ just sitting. You guys need to do much better.

I think I paid $34.99 and that was at a discount and at that price it seems a questionable value. The product presents to be of good quality and I would assume that there's production expenses involved. You offer no insight into the scale of how big this puzzle is and I'm sure that's done purposely because if people realize how small it was they may very well be less likely to purchase it. Somewhat cumbersome to handle the very small pieces. So the fact that you offered no comparison of scale in any of the advertising is somewhat disingenuous on your part as well as likely calculated so as not to lose sales. But you obviously are aware of this and chose to go this route based on what the numbers crunchers figured out so obviously you're living with it. So overall kind of a nice product that you're managing to fuck up so that you can expand the bottom line and have a nice place in Nantucket. We all live with compromises in our lives.so.......
