Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 16 reviews.

I ordered and sent a puzzle as a gift. The recipients were impressed with the quality but were disappointed that several pieces were missing. They sent emails but the issue is not yet resolved. The last communication was from a representative promising to "look into it" on 1/9/25. Today is the 22nd and still nothing. Customer service is seriously lacking. Our whole extended family are serious soccer and puzzle fans. This trial order doesn't seem to be going well.

Manchester City FC® Retro Logo - Wooden Puzzle

The rendering of the Retro Logo is nothing short of fantastic. I wil lmount it against the Man City blue. That will ensure that it could stop traffic. The piecing of the golden feathers was a real challenge and took a lot of time, but the effort was well worth it. Please keep up the fine work. On another thought, I wonder why the time is so long between your receipt of an order and the delivery here. Could you explain? Thanks again, Michael Feris Chesapeake, Virginia, USA
