I was a little leery because the cost for this puzzle seemed a little high, but after we got it and put it together, we found it was just a really great value. Many of the pieces are shaped like various sports players, and putting it together was both challenging and fun. It is mode out of wood and finely crafted. We were just thrilled (well, my partner was - I went to Texas, not Tech!). We are planning to buy several of these for gifts.
It was Christmas gift to my two grandsons who love puzzles. They are 13 & 15. Their parents went to Texas Tech & they are big fans. They love the puzzle> It was in perfect condition, all pieces there and I have no complaints. I would definitely order again from you.
Thank you.
A very difficult puzzle to assemble—my order DID NOT arrive before Christmas and one puzzle that we assembled is missing one small piece of the outer border —decided not to return the order because I feel that sometimes I don’t get my full refund when I order a quantity of an item and only want to return part of the order—the puzzle was a challenge and my oldest daughter seemed to somewhat enjoy the challenge until she completed the design and realized the missing piece! Ugh
Everything from the Iconic end was as it should be. The delivery portion from UniUni or whatever it’s called was less then stellar. Out for delivery for almost a week until finally delivered. Look forward to getting it the people I purchased it for.
This puzzle was exactly as advertised. I was so excited to get the Texas Tech puzzle and to put it together. I also got the hanger kit with it. It is proudly hanging in my office! Thank you for such a nice memento!
I don't have any experience yet, because the puzzle hasn't been opened or put together yet...The delivery was OK, but it is a gift, so it has not been opened.
