The puzzle was a Christmas gift for my grandson. He and his father put the puzzle together and now want to hang on his bedroom wall. My grandson loved the puzzle.
This is the 2nd puzzle I have ordered and for the same grandson. He loves both of them and has them hung on his bedroom wall.
They are a good quality item.
I got this puzzle for a Christmas gift for my X Sister in law, that’s loves the Philadelphia Eagles, so I don’t know if She put it together yet we live in different states, I thought it might have come already put together , She said she wasn’t a puzzle person, but She loved her Christmas Gift. I was so very disappointed in the amount of time it took my puzzle to arrive! It was a Christmas gift - I ordered it in November, thinking that it was plenty of time for it to be shipped. Instead the day before Christmas I had to rush out and spend additional money purchasing a gift to replace it. I emailed several times and was never told it would be too late for Christmas! I cannot recommend this company to anyone due to this issue. When I can order something on Amazon and have it arrive the next day I don’t think an arrival time of four weeks is unreasonable.
Although the puzzle took much longer to arrive than expected, I was extremely pleased with the look of it. Was a gift for a friend so have not seen the finished puzzle itself yet. The pieces were wonderfully crafted in various shapes. The wooden box and cloth bag that it came in were as well fantastic. I did have concerns originally over the delay and contacted the customer service more than one time. Each I met with a prompt response explaining the delay. As the high demand for certain popular puzzles and the fact that they are customized was the reason for the delay. I was very please with the customer support person and the reply. Great gift for the person who is hard to buy for.
