The Clemson puzzle was a gift for my 12 year old grandson for Christmas. Although it arrived after Christmas, his whole family thoroughly enjoyed putting it together. I was nervous when I saw how difficult it was and read other reviews about the possibility of missing pieces. Grandson’s mother said it came together nicely and looked great when all assembled!! We are very pleased with your quality product at an affordable price!

I am very disappointed in their customer service. I advertently ordered 2 and wanted to return 1. Since November I've been trying to return on for a refund. To date I have not received anything and they refuse to issue a refund or send me a return label. Beware of their customer service and their policy to honor returns!!

This was a gift, so I had to mail it out. The delivery from ACI Logistics was awful. They delivered it to the wrong address and told me I had to go find it. We spent an hour of our time looking for it, I requested a $50 reimbursement for our time looking for the package. ACI Logistics told me to take it up with you, but you had the address correct.
