Ohio State University - Wooden Puzzle

The puzzle does not stay interlocked well at all. The color seemed to chip off easily if you took pieces apart. Also it was nearly impossible to get it flipped over to put the adhesive on the back. Challenging puzzle!

Puzzles seems nice, but they were Christmas gifts so I never actually opened them, but I have not heard anything negative so far. The only negative experience was the length of time it took for me to get them. I ordered them three weeks before Christmas, and they didn't arrive until two weeks after Christmas. It then cost me an additional $11 to ship the gift to the recipient after I received it because they did not get here on time.

We ordered the OSU puzzle in early December for our daughter for Christmas. After several communications with Iconic and UniUni (shipping Co.) through the middle of January , Victoria sent a second puzzle that we received the first week of February. Thank you Iconic for your interest in resolving this matter and shipping out another puzzle by Fed Ex. Please fire your previous shipper.

The frustration was after we madw correction. i kept receiving email to ratw service from the delivery company and your place of business but never gotproduct . Tried telling you that and then received notice saying ticket closed all settled. Yet irt wasn't. then icon kept saying it is a busy schedule from nov through feb. Then Victoria ordered another free of charge but uni never gave item number used by icon. Bottom line 1 is missing somewhere. yet you at icon came through and my daughter and vincent were really happy. thank you all for making this old still believe in the company i trusted. Marie
