Very disappointed with how this order was handled. Package arrived after Christmas, 19 days after is was ordered. Never received a notice when it shipped so I initiated an inquiry but it went unanswered. Since this wasn’t my first order, I didn’t pay too much attention to the initial order, relying on the ship date of “ships within 7 days”. My mistake because it was ordered for a pre-Christmas birthday with Christmas as a back up date. Unfortunately, the package arrived two days after Christmas. Very disappointed but quite happy either way the product itself.
